Young Entrepreneurs Day at BellaCrafts

A fun, practical enterprise day for young people who are curious about starting their own business, developing ideas, and building confidence.
Hosted by local entrepreneur Belinda Sampson, this interactive day introduces children and teenagers to the basics of business in a creative, supportive, and age-appropriate environment.
This is a learning-led experience focused on confidence, ideas, and real-world skills.
Buzzlings (Ages 9–12)
10:00am – 12:30pm
A playful, confidence-building introduction to enterprise for younger creators with big ideas.
Young people will explore:
What makes a good business idea
Products vs services (and which suits them)
Simple pricing and money basics
Confidence, communication, and creativity
Biz Explorers (Ages 13–16)
1:00pm – 4:00pm
A more structured session for teens who want to explore enterprise in a more realistic, practical way.
We’ll cover:
Turning interests into viable business ideas
Understanding customers and value
Pricing, costs, and simple profit thinking
Confidence, pitching, and problem-solving
Clear next steps to keep momentum going
Each session includes:
Guided activities and group discussion
Hands-on planning and creative exercises
Supportive, age-appropriate facilitation
Food and refreshments included
A welcoming, creative environment at BellaCrafts
No previous experience is needed, just curiosity, ideas, and enthusiasm.

£35 per child, per session
Early booking price: £30 if booked by 9th January
Maximum 20 places per session
The price includes all materials, guided learning, and catering.
Places are limited to keep the sessions calm, supportive, and engaging.

No, all materials are provided.

Yes. These sessions are designed for young people starting from scratch.
